Dry Fruit Basundi

Ingredients:
500 ml – milk
100 g – powdered sugar or as per taste
1 cup – raisins
1 cup – dry fig
1 cup – dry dates
a pinch of elaichi powder
3 to 4 pieces – badam& pista
Method
- Soak the dry fruits for three to four hours.
- Make a smooth thick paste.
- Boil the milk reducing it to half.
- Cool the milk then add sugar, mixture of dry fruits and elaichi powder.
- Garnish with almond and pista pieces.
